| Popis: | A successful diagnosis and treatment of a patient with a severe case of botulism complicated by sepsis is described. The issues of diagnostics, microbiological verifi cation of the precursor of the infectious complications, the choice of antibacterial therapy, methods and duration of mechanical ventilation are discussed. |
