Popis: | Prophylactic administration to rats with the model of chronic autoimmune inflammation, induced by Freund’s adjuvant, of a typical neuroleptic haloperidol at a dose of 0.1 mg/kg increased the intensity of the primary inflammatory response (arthritis) and inhibited progression of the secondary arthritis. |
