Summary The article offers an interpretation of the lineaments obtained by decoding SRTM, using the example of the western part of the Dnieper-Donetsk depression. A new approach is based on data on the interaction of deep faults with the formation of transmission and movement structures, which significantly affect the conductivity of deep faults. According to geophysical data published in open sources, the formation as a result of such interaction of fault fields of different stages of maturity has been traced, which affects the fluid conductivity of the faults, as well as the destruction of mineral deposits. The use of this approach will increase the quality and reliability of interpretation of the results of decoding the remote sensing data, and this, in turn, will increase the efficiency of forecasting geodynamically active zones and, as a consequence, the oil and gas prospects of specific areas, structures and individual blocks. |
