Popis: | The operation of many machines and mechanisms is based on the relative motion of coupled parts (friction assemblies), which is accompanied by frictional heating. The development of methods for assessing the reliability of friction assemblies is of great importance, since the reliability of operation of the entire machine depends mainly on this. Along the route to solution of this problem, the important problem arises of determining the temperature fields and the contact pressures in the elements of the assembly in contact, taking into account heating from frictional forces. Among the widely used friction assemblies, we look at a coupling which may be modeled by a bilayer hollow circular cylinder. |
