Popis:	The article analyzes the current state of the world sugar market: producing countries, exporting countries and importers of sugar industry products. The dynamics of exports to Russia and priority geographical directions for the sale of sugar are presented. The export potential of the sugar industry of the Stavropol Territory is examined: production dynamics, export deliveries to target countries of the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Problems are identified that impede the growth of sugar exports.
