Popis:	This study examines 341 financial aid office websites hosted by Title IV participating institutions of higher education and their usage of chatbot technologies. Moreover, we explored whether these chatbots can communicate with Internet users in Spanish. Results suggest only 22% of financial aid websites integrate chatbots and fewer than 5% can converse in Spanish.
