Popis: | System restoration procedures conducted on power distribution networks from the utilities operation centers are essentially aimed at reducing the time electricity is not available to customers. The performance of operators can be evaluated in a broader manner by the impact of their actions on several technical and economic indicators of the distribution system. This paper presents a multicriteria procedure for performance evaluation of electrical grid operators after a given contingency. A case study based on real data demonstrates the applicability of the evaluation procedure. |
