Popis:	Summary We describe a case of a patient being treated with leflunomide for rheumatoid arthritis presenting acutely short of breath. The clinical and radiological presentation was of acute pneumonitis, which rapidly responded to hydrocortisone. The patient presented with exactly the same symptoms when rechallenged with the leflunomide. We believe that this is the first case report of pneumonitis associated with leflunomide treatment.
