Modern construction projects are provided with characteristic of complexity, indeterminacy and dynamic. So it is necessary that good symbiosis is established in order to make effective management to the construction project. The paper analyzed the character of coordination and management for multi-project. The coordination and management system of multi-project was studied by basic theory about coordination and management. The basic model has been established for coordination and management system. And the effective function model has put forward. Through the function model for coordination and management system, the activity of construction project is more standardization and system. And the various risks resulting in difficult coordination and management would be reduced. |
