Popis: | The results of an investigation of the physicomechanical characteristics and the process of polymerization (vitrification temperature, mass loss kinetics) of EPLAT-5 epoxy binder and modified variants thereof based on various diluters and hardeners are presented. The aim of this work is to develop a very effective epoxy binder with increased crack and shock resistance, as well as to choose an optimal regime of solidification. Comparison of physicomechanical characteristics of binders solidified by various regimes with test results of composite shells on their basis, as well as determination of the thermal characteristics of polymerization process, allows evaluating the factors influencing crack and shock resistance and increasing the interlayer adhesion without decreasing the stiffness of the structure. |
