Popis: | The technology of laser cutting of metallic and non-metallic materials is more and more frequently used in the industrial environment. Under these conditions there is a permanent concern to improve the quality of the parts obtained, more precisely the quality of the surfaces resulting from cutting. Cutting process parameters: power, cutting speed significantly influences the quality of cut parts. The paper presents how a decision-making system based on fuzzy sets was developed to determine the technological parameters of the laser cutting process. Input parameters were defined: material thickness and roughness. Output parameters have been defined: cutting power and speed. Next, the specific steps of elaborating a decision system based on fuzzy sets were completed. A user interface has also been created. Validation of the decision system based on fuzzy sets was achieved through experimental research. |
