Popis:	We give a status report on three experiments aiming at the direct detection of dark matter. ZEPLIN II is a two phase xenon ionization/scintillation detector currently undergoing commissioning at the Boulby underground laboratory. ZEPLIN III is a two phase xenon ionization/scintillation detector currently being tested at a UKDMC surface facility. DRIFT II is a low pressure CS2 gas time proportional chamber currently taking data at the Boulby underground laboratory.
