Resume Macromolecular nature of an antibody of leptospirosis australis The human leptospirosis by Leptospira australis and the human spirochetosis icterohaemorrhagiae induce the formation of antibodies which are macroglobulins and have a common antigenic determinant β2M. Further on, it is highly probable that a still-today unknown structural difference gives rise to an agglutination-lysis specific to each serotype of the leptospire. |
