Popis: The changes of fibrinolytic factors (especially plasminogen, α2 macroglobulin, α1 antitrypsin and antithrombin III) were studied in thrombosis, collagen disease and collagen disease like disorders. Five cases of Buerger disease with open ulcer in legs, five cases of SLE (inactive phase) and six cases of collagen disease like disorders (two of MRA, one of arotitis, PSS, Wegener granulomatosis and ulcerative colitis) were investigated. Plasminogen was estimated by means of both enzymatic activities and immunological procedure. Enzymatic activities were estimated by calculating lysis area on bovine plasminogen free fibrin plate, in which euglobulin fraction with added SK or UK was dropped. Immunological procedure was done by single radial immuno-diffusion method. α2 macroglobulin, α1 antitrypsin and antithrombin III were also measured by immunological method. The results were as follows:(1) In collagen disease and Buerger disease, plasminogen, which being estimated by immunological method, showed a high level. But, in those diseases, it showed a tendency to decrease of plasminogen, which was measured by enzymatic method. In above findings, it could be suggested that, an increase of inhibitors of fibrinolytic system in euglobulin fraction was seen in collagen disease and Buerger disease. The value of plasminogen was within normal limits in collagen disease like disorders.(2) In Buerger disease, collagen disease and collagen disease like disorders, the value of α1 antitrypsin and fibrinogen showed a tendency to increase.
