Popis:	The goal of this chapter is to describe methods for developing personality and intelligence measures. By comparing and contrasting the two constructs and how we assess them, we are able to see points of similarity and difference that relate to developing instruments in these two domains. We also want to be very practical and discuss the issues involved in developing personality or intelligence instruments. We will walk through the instrument development process step by step and examine different methods for approaching each step.
