The theme of the final qualification work: "Improvement of the hr management system in consideration of the sustainable development concept". The object of research is the personnel management system.The subject of the work is the improvement of the personnel management system. The purpose of the work is to study the methodology for improving the personnel management system, taking into account the concept of sustainable development. The first section of the bachelor's work describes the problems of personnel management in a modern organization. Thus, it lists the main differences in the role of personnel in the modern and traditional production process, the main problems of personnel management in a modern organization. The second section is devoted to the consideration of the methodology for improving the personnel management system, taking into account the concept of sustainable development. In the third section, the features of the implementation of an improved personnel management system in the context of sustainable development were studied. For this, the improvement of the organizational structure of personnel management was considered, an analysis was made of the relationship between the improved management structure and the performance of employees of the enterprise, and a general assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of an improved personnel management system in the context of sustainable development of the enterprise was given. |
