Popis: | Single phase CuSbSe2 crystallites are prepared by hot injection of a solution of Cu(OAc)2 and Sb(OAc)3 in triethylene glycol (TEG) into a solution of Se in TEG as both the solvent and reducing agent as well as different amounts of triethylenetetramine (TETA) as co-reducing agent (250 °C, various periods; cooling to 60 °C and termination of the reaction by injecting EtOH). |
