This work is devoted to the selection of lifting equipment for transporting the reactor pressure vessel weighing 350 tons, as well as the design of roller rotators with a maximum load capacity of 350 tons.In the course of the work, the following tasks were completed: review of the required lifting equipment, review of existing roller stands, design of the roller stand, selection of all auxiliary devices, testing of the elements of the stand for strength, selection of lifting equipment for transporting the reactor pressure vessel, calculation of the approximate cost of manufacturing roller bearings, taking into account indirect costs. The work was carried out on the basis of the knowledge gained in the course of training in the specialty. Skills were applied in the calculation and selection of elements of roller bearings. According to the calculations and selection of nodes, the corresponding drawings were built in the KOMPAS-3D program. During the design, optimization skills were applied to achieve the most efficient operation of the idlers. The result of the work was the design of roller rotators. |
