The most modern materials for endoprosthesis replacement of large bone tissues are scaffolds, which allow to completely imitate the structure of the lost bone. Based on the analysis of the classification of materials for endoprosthetics and technologies for their synthesis, the relevance of creating biocompatible glass-ceramic scaffolds by duplicating the polymer matrix was determined. The initial glass (with the content of hydroxyapatite crystals) was selected, and the optimal slip composition and technological parameters of synthesis were determined, which made it possible to obtain scaffolds with a given gradient porous structure. The solubility indices of the developed materials indicate the possibility of their use as medical devices. |
