Popis: | The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of SGP-B1 null on grain and starch quality in a recombinant inbred lines population. As the results, SGP-B1 null increased significantly grain hardness measured by NIR, and reduced significantly swelling power, and some pasting parameters, such as peak viscosity, breakdown and hold trough, but did not influence grain protein content, grain hardness tested by SKCS, thousand-kernel-weight, wet gluten content, amylose and amylopectin content, and other pasting parameters, such as setback, final viscosity, pasting time and pasting temperature. |
