Popis: Cholesteatoma is life-threatening disease due to its extracranial and intracranial complications. Extradural abscess is one of them and linked to pus and granulation tissue accumulation between the dura mater and temporal bone. The otogenic extracranial and intracranial complications are rare manifestations in modern era of antibiotics, that’s why we present a 44 old man with successfully treated extradural abscess in retrosigmoid region as a consequence of probably secondary infected through erosion of the external auditory canal extended congenital cholesteatoma.
