Popis: Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности и перспективы развития торгового предприятия». Данная работа посвящена анализу деятельности розничного торгового предприятия на примере АО ТД «Перекресток» и разработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию деятельности. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Проанализировано состояние российского розничного рынка. 2. Проведен анализ конкурентной среды на российском розничном рынке. 3. Оценены конкурентные позиции рассматриваемого торгового предприятия. 4. Выполнен комплексный анализ состояния Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности розничного торгового предприятия. 5. Разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию деятельности розничного торгового предприятия. 6. ÐžÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð°Â Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ°Â ÑÑ„Ñ„ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Â Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹. Результатом работы являются разработанные и предложенные к реализации мероприятия по совершенствованию деятельности розничного торгового предприятия АО ТД «Перекрёсток». Практическая значимость работы состоит во внедрении Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ в деятельность компании.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Assessment of business activities and prospects for the development of the trading company”. This work is devoted to the analysis of the retail trade enterprise on the example of JSC TD "Perekrestok" and the development of recommendations to improve the activities. In the process of research the following tasks were solved: 1. Analyzed the state of the Russian retail market. 2. Analysis of competitive environment on Russian retail market. 3. Competitive position of the retail enterprise under consideration was evaluated. 4. Performed a comprehensive analysis of the state of economic activities of the retail trade enterprise. 5. Recommendations for improving the activities of the retail trade enterprise. 6. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures. The result of the work are developed and proposed for implementation measures to improve the activities of the retail trade enterprise JSC TD "Perekrestok". Practical significance of the work lies in the implementation of the proposed measures in the activities of the company.
