Popis: | To improve the energy saving performance of the electro-hydraulic servo system on the premise of guaranteeing the control performance, a kind of energy saving control method of high voltage AC servo motor driven quantitative pump was proposed. Firstly, a theoretical model of the servo motor and the quantitative pump was established. Then, energy saving controller containing two variables was proposed. The relief valve controller was designed based on extended state observer for observing the unknown disturbance force. And the servo motor controller was designed based on adaptive prediction method for predicting load displacement. The supply pressure and the supply flow could be reduced using these two sub controllers to save energy. Finally, comparative simulation was implemented to verify the energy saving performance of the method proposed. |
