This study is devoted to the study of the hydraulic characteristics of pipelines with artificial clogging and the throughput assessment of such pipelines. The study considers the issue of changing the throughput of pipelines during operation, as well as the possibility of predicting changes in the hydraulic characteristics of a clogged pipeline based on such characteristics as the velocity coefficient, hydraulic resistance coefficient and flow rate. The influence of deposits on the operation of water supply and heat supply systems is described. A series of experiments were carried out on a hydraulic installation, as a result of which a relationship was established between the degree of pipeline clogging and its hydraulic characteristics (flow rate, average velocity, resistance coefficient, velocity coefficient). The experimental results are compared with literature sources to evaluate the possibility of predicting changes in pipeline throughput based on studies of artificial clogging. |
