Popis:	The relationships between stakeholders on Crowdfunding platforms are essential for the financing and implementation of projects and innovative ideas and pass by new information technologies and communication. The purpose of this article is to highlight the need for strategic management to maintain a good level of contributions from members of the Crowdfunding platform. In our work we will validate that the Crowdfunding acts as an "alliance manager" to ensure reconciliation between donors and project leaders.
