Popis: Low thermal conductivity is one of the most valuable engineering characteristics of foam plastics (FP). The thermal conductivity of FP's ~ depends both on their cellular structure and on the thermal properties of the polymer-base and the type and content of gas in the cells. In the general case, the value of ~ for an isotropic material can be expressed by an equation reflecting the four basic mechanisms of heat transfer [I]
