Popis:	In the cases described in ourwork, the recipient died when the operation in the do-nor had already progressed beyond the division of thehepatic duct. As a consequence of the resulting “hepardivisum” we found that biliary complications are almostthe norm and main point of our article was to share ourexperience with the surgical management of the “hepardivisum” in the donor.The timing of the hepatic duct division is a totallyseparate but still much debated issue.
