Low-carbon development is the only way to achieve sustainable development of tea. This paper takes the carbon emission and efficiency of tea production in Anxi County as the research object, and explores the ecological development of tea production in Anxi County. First, the carbon emissions from tea production in 2012-2017 were calculated according to the method provided by IPCC, and then the Malmquist index model was constructed to measure the efficiency of the tea industry including undesired output and non-expected output. The results show that the technical access and industrial scale of the tea production area in Anxi County are relatively reasonable, but carbon emissions have a negative impact on efficiency, resulting in a decrease in efficiency. In response to the above conclusions, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to help the tea industry in Anxi County achieve low carbon development. |
