Popis:	An electron-capture GLC procedure for clonazepom Is presented using methyl-clonazepam as Internal standard. The method Involves extracting 1001 buffered serum with benzene:ethyl acetate containing the reference compound. Residue from the extract Is reconstituted with 20 I solvent and an aliquot is Injected into the gas chromatograph without derivatlzation. Results from 328 determinations Indicate a need for monitoring this antleplleptlc drug.
