Popis: | Advanced divertor configurations with snowflake, tripod are envisaged to study the HL-2M divertor physics under high heating power and high core plasma performance operation. 80 cassette modules are used to facilitate installation and to give more space for plasma volume. About 10 mm thickness CFC tiles are brazed to the tile carriers to bear maximum 10 MW/m2 heat flux load, 120 m3 cooling water are fed into the channels drilled inside tile carrier and these channels are also fed with hot nitrogen during 300 °C baking. Integrated beam structure with pipes inside provides support for plasma facing components and minimizes the risk of plasma bombardment on water pipes. Multilayer U-shape flexible support guarantees the structural integrity with certain flexibility. Two-phase thermal hydraulic analysis with different cooling parameters and electromagnetic loads based on maximum 28 kA halo current per module are evaluated, consequently combined structural integrity analyses have also been done and the results show that a robust design has been achieved. A prototype of one cassette module is being prepared, and some R&D progresses introduced in this paper also preliminarily validate the design reasonability. |
