Popis: | The conductivity of polycrystalline chalcopyrite (CuFeS2) samples is studied in the temperature range 77–300 K. Some differences in the low-temperature behavior of the conductivity in different samples are observed. The nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of Cu in the local field in CuFeS2 is studied in detail. |
