Popis: | The ACM/IEEE Joint Conference on Digital Libraries (JCDL) is a major international forum focusing on digital libraries and associated technical, practical, and social issues. JCDL 2020 was hosted jointly by School of Information Management at Wuhan University and School of Public Administration at Northwest University on August 1 - 5, 2020 in Wuhan, Hubei, China. The General Chairs were Professors Dan Wu, Ruhua Huang and Gary Marchionini, and the Program Chairs were Professors Daqing He, Preben Hansen, and Sally Jo Cunningham. This newsletter article briefly describes the conference organization, the community participation, and most importantly the adaption to virtual conference under COVID-19 pandemic. |
