Popis: | Liquid crystal materials are successfully used in different branches of medicine. It was proposed using cholesteric-nematic mixtures as a sensitive element of optic sensor for amino acids (valine and serine). Amino acids while interacting with liquid crystal mixtures cause modifications in spectral characteristics of the material, which is the background for creation of a sensitive element of a sensor. Hardware design of optic sensor composition based on PSoC microcontroller has been elaborated for determination of amino acid concentrations with high accuracy. This solution enables to design a sensor with high resistance to external disturbances. |
