Popis: | Analysis of the impact load causes is an important for operate of the rolling stand. The impact load can lead to wear of work rolls and the industrial accident. These bring about the increase of costs and deterioration of metal quality. This article is devoted to analysis of the impact load causes. The causes of the impact load following may serve as the constructive and technological groups. These groups are described in more detail in the article. The curves of the transient processes of torque and speed at the technological process, the closed and open backlash and the intensification of the rolling process are presented. Thus, such the analysis of the impact load causes will help developed the methods that would allow reducing of the impact load. It would reduce costs and, as a consequence, increase profits of the manufacture. |
