Popis: | It is shown that a consistent description of relaxation effects (giant flux-creep) and current-voltage curves of YBa 2 Cu 3 O x superconductors can be given by means of a parallel resistor model which incorporates a distribution of energies for thermally activated flux-motion and the effect of creep and flow of flux-lines. The model also describes the broadening of the resistive transition in a magnetic field. The magnetic field and temperature dependence of “irreversibility lines” corresponding to various characteristic features is discussed. |
