Popis: | A new 3-dimensional (3D) Co(II)-based coordination polymer, namely, {[Co(L1)](H2O)}n(H2O) (1) (H2L1 = 3,3′-(pyridine-3,5-diyl) dibenzoic acid), is synthesized under the solvothermal reaction conditions. Furthermore, a green-hand grinding technique is implemented to reduce the particle size of complex 1 to generate nanoscale 1 (denoted as nano-1 hereafter). Furthermore, the biological function of the compound is evaluated on the obesity model and the related mechanism is explored. RT-PCR is performed for the evaluation of the leptin gene expression in adipose cells after treating with the compound. ELISA is conducted to determine the leptin content in adipose tissues in vivo after treatment with the compound. |
