2.3 Extra-Framework Sites in H-Al MFI and H-GaMFI Zeolite Catalysts

Popis:	This paper presents results of 29 Si, 27 A1, 71 Ga and 129 Xe NMR experiments aimed at characterizing extra framework sites in aluminosilicate and gallosilicate MFI zeolites. It is shown that the presence of extra-framework aluminium or gallium species inferred from solid state NMR measurements is confirmed by 129 Xe NMR measurements of physisorbed xenon. 129 Xe NMR also indicates changes in the nature of the extra-framework sites on the steam treatment.
