This in an exploratory observational study in which we will measure several different potential predictors of people's endorsement of surveillance, as well as potential mediating and moderating variables. In particular, we will examine people's reactions to the idea of a surveillance camera system equipped with facial recognition technology meant to be used at transit locations (airports, train stations, etc). We will use structural equation modeling to test various models and explore the relationships between variables. |
