Popis: | Using an effective-medium model for the electrical resistivity the Boltzmann equation is solved for binary systems including spherical precipitates. The model reproduces the behaviour of the resistivity of aluminium alloys during ageing and particularly provides the correct position of the characteristic resitivity maximum. Compared to the former generalized-effective-medium theory the two parameters mean free path and extra-resistivity caused by clustering are involved in a more realistic way. Ausgehend von eincm Effektiv-Medium-Modell fur den elektrischen Widerstand wird die Boltzmann-Gleichung fur binare Systeme mit spharishchen Ausscheidungen gelost. Das Modell reproduziert das Verhalten des Widerstands von Aluminiumlegierungen wahrend des Alterungsprozesses und liefert insbesondere die richtige Position fur das charakteristische Maximum. Verglichen mit der bisherigen verallgemcincrten Effektiv-Medium-Theorie werden die beiden in der Clusterbildung begrundeten Parameter mittlere freie Weglange und Extrawiderstand in objektiverer Weise berucksichtigt. |
