Popis: An experimental investigation was made of optical phase conjugation of a scanning aberration-free beam by a stimulated Brillouin scattering mirror based on CCl4, SiCl4, or GLS6 glass. The phase conjugation quality depended on the scanning rate and on the decay time of hypersound in the scattering medium. The conditions under which phase conjugation of the scanning beam took place were determined.
