Popis: CuBr, 2,2-bipyridine (bpy), D-gluconolactone, 2-aminoethyl methacrylate hydrochloride, hydroquinone, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide, and were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich without further purification; monohydroxy-capped poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG113-OH) with a mean Degree of Polymerization (DP) of 113 (Mn = 5000 g/mol, Mw / Mn = 1.10) was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich and dried at the 40°C under vacuum overnight prior to use. 2-(Diethylamino) ethyl methacrylate (DEA) was purchased from JK N-Methyl Pyrrolidone (NMP) was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich, dried over CaH2 and obtained by distillation at reduced pressure. Chloroform, Triethylamine (TEA), Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO), and Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Rea-gent Co. Ltd. and purified according to standard procedures. PEG113-Br and GAMA monomer were prepared according to the reported procedures.
