Popis: | The paper discusses the specifics of chemical composition, hot isostatic pressing (HIP), and heat treatment of granulated heat-resistant nickel alloys characterized by high long-term strength at 750°C. The results are presented which were obtained by studying EP975-type alloy during manufacturing of large-sized disk blanks for aircraft gas-turbine engines (GTE) using the technology based on metallurgy of granules. Changes in the microstructure after long-term testing at high temperature were evaluated. The phase stability of the material was confirmed. |
