Popis: | Complexes of D,L -penicillamine (H 2 pen) with a number of metal ions have been isolated. The [Ni(pen)], Li 2 [Zn(pen) 2 ]. 4H 2 O, and [Pb(pen)] complexes contain dinegative ligands, whereas in [Pd(Hpen)Cl]. H 2 O the ligand coordinates as a mononegative ion. All the complexes contain −S − and −NH 2 coordination and all, save the dimeric palladium(II) derivative and the zinc(II) complex, contain coordinated −COO − . |
