The studies concern new encapsulation materials for module manufacturing either with cast resin or with laminated resin. A first category of new material was investigated in the first phase of the contract, which need only small modifications: polyurethane resin, ethylene viny acetate resin. Modules were manufactured with the two resins and reliability experiments done, showing that the obtained formulations can be used now for module encapsulation. |
