Popis:	The modeling and fabrication of a cascode 2-6GHz distributed amplifier with a 1.2:1 input and output VSWR and 4.2dB noise figure will be discussed. The technique for modeling the noise figure extends to an arbitrary combination of active devices in a nodal network.
