Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе на оÑновании пÑоведеннÑÑ Ð¸ÑÑледований бÑла доказана ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑÑ Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´ÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²ÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² к ÑÑÑаÑегиÑеÑÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ñ ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ Ð±Ð°Ð½ÐºÐ° Ñ Ð¸ÑполÑзованием ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ BSC пÑи ÑеализаÑии дейÑÑвÑÑÑей ÑÑÑаÑегии в банке, а Ñакже, в ÑанжиÑовании пÑиоÑиÑеÑноÑÑи напÑавлений ÑÑÑаÑегиÑеÑкого ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑодом анализа иеÑаÑÑ Ð¸Ð¹, Ñ ÑÑеÑом ÑенденÑии ÑÑнка банковÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿ÑодÑкÑов и ÑÑлÑг, Ñ ÑÑеÑом ÑпÑоÑа на Ð½Ð¸Ñ . The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Improving the company's development strategy in the banking sector». The given work is devoted to the development of a mechanism for improving the system of strategic development of a commercial Bank using current tools of strategic management. Tasks that were solved during the research: 1. creating a model of a balanced scorecard system that allows you to automate the strategic planning of a banking company; 2. identification of priority areas of strategic development by analyzing hierarchies; 3. evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures to improve the development strategy of a commercial Bank. The proposed approach to the development and implementation of the development strategy was tested on the example of the commercial Bank of PJSC MKB. The subject of the research is the directions of strategic development of a commercial Bank and improvement of their implementation. Was first proposed methods to improve the current strategy of the banking sector through the combined use of the balanced scorecard, taking into account a differentiated approach taking into account the risks and the holding of a ranking of priority areas of strategic development method of analysis of hierarchies, taking into account trends of macroeconomic situation in the country and changes in the market of banking products and services. As a result, based on the conducted research, the effectiveness of introducing new approaches to the Bank's strategic development using the BSC system in implementing the current strategy in the Bank, as well as in ranking the priority areas of strategic development by analyzing hierarchies, taking into account the market trends of banking products and services, taking into account the demand for them. |
