Popis: | Computed tomography (CT) is capable of showing a variety of abnormalities of the corpus callosum, many of which are difficult to diagnose by cerebral angiography and pneumoencephalography. Coronal sections, provide important information as a supplement to standard axial scans. Corenal images are especially helpful in differentiating between intraventricular and paraventricular lesions. A spectrum of cases demonstrating the value of CT in assessing lesions of the corpus callosum is presented. |
