Popis: | Aiming at improving the consumption rate and economy of high penetration renewable energy grids, this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy of source-load-storage coordination considering the regulatory abilities in the market environment. The coordination and control architecture of the new energy system was first established, which fully considered the system functions such as monitoring, prediction and scheduling management and the communication structure of the system. Base on this, with the goal of maximizing the comprehensive benefits on the source side, the grid side, and the load side, a coordinated optimization model of the source, grid, load, and storage is established. In addition, this paper embeds a set of two-layer evaluation indicators for the coordinated regulatory abilities in the proposed model to measure the potential of the control resources in terms of coordinated control, cost and incentives. The case study shows the adaptability of the proposed method to measure the resource characteristics under the conditions of single-period and multi-period and the results of coordinated scheduling optimization under different confidence levels are obtained. |
