Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе бÑла ÑÑоÑмиÑована ÑÑÑаÑÐµÐ³Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÑÐ¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñбилейного меÑопÑиÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð½Ð° ÐÐР«УÑаоÑгÑинÑез», план и меÑÐ¾Ð´Ñ ÑеализаÑии ÑобÑÑиÑ, ÑÑоÑмиÑован бÑджеÑ. ÐÑоанализиÑован имеÑÑийÑÑ Ð¾Ð¿ÑÑ Ð¸ вÑÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÑÑ, коÑоÑÑе Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ ÑÑеÑÑÑ Ð¿Ñи оÑганизаÑии и пÑоведении подобнÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑий. This work is devoted to the study of the issues of using the practice of event marketing at a manufacturing enterprise, using the event "preparation and holding of the anniversary of the enterprise" as a team-building event for the personnel of the enterprise. Questions that were studied in the course of work:1. Theoretical aspects of planning and organization of events.1.1 A retrospective review of the development and emergence of events.1.2 The concept, essence and content of events.1.3 Classification of event events in event marketing.2. Characteristics of the activities of PJSC «Ufaorgsintez».2.1 Types of activities, organizational structure.2.2 Technical and economic analysis.2.3 Description of marketing activities.3. Organization of event events for PJSC «Ufaorgsintez».3.1 Features of the organization of event events at a manufacturing enterprise.3.2 Formation of the strategy and objectives of the team-building event "Anniversary of the enterprise".3.3 The plan of organization and holding of the event. The work was carried out with the help of studying special literature, using Internet sources, studying and collecting materials about the history and activities of the PJSC «Ufaorgsintez» enterprise, the history of various events of this kind, using review materials of specialized publications.As a result, a strategy for holding the anniversary event at PJSC Ufaorgsintez was formed, a plan and methods for implementing the event, and a budget was formed. The existing experience is analyzed and the points that need to be taken into account when organizing and conducting such events are identified. |
