Popis:	[W]e present in this paper a model of the heat transfer which incorporates this effect and also the temperature dependence of the various fibre “constants”. It shows that the graph of temperature of the fibre hot zone produced by the CO2 laser against diameter is not monotonic, but exhibits structure due to resonances of the CO2 laser radiation in the fibre.
